Office computers & printers. We visit your workplace.
A company computer will not start, a shared printer is offline, or new equipment needs setup? A technician visits your workplace to assess authorized company systems.
A technician comes to your workplace.
Tell us your ZIP code to discuss the visit.

This service is exclusively for business customers at commercial workplaces. We provide on-site computer and printer assessment and scoped setup, with access, device ownership, and the proposed work agreed with the business before changes are made.
- Office workstations are unreliable, slow, or unable to start normally.
- Staff cannot consistently find or use a shared office printer.
- New computers or peripherals need setup within your existing office environment.
Check the problem.
Explain your options.
A workstation that will not start, a printer that only some staff can use, or new equipment that needs a coordinated setup can interrupt a team's day. Desktop Crew visits commercial workplaces to assess the affected equipment and discuss the next step with an authorized business contact.
Understand the affected workflow
We identify which users and devices are affected, what changed, and how the issue interrupts work. A printer connection, an individual workstation, and a wider network concern may call for different actions and approvals.
Agree on device work
Suitable work can include workstation assessment, new-equipment setup, peripherals, and printer connectivity. We review the business's existing management and access rules, then explain the proposed changes, equipment requirements, and any data considerations.
Check and hand over
For the work included in the scope, we check the relevant tasks with your business contact and explain the outcome. Additional devices, specialist repairs, migrations, and continuing maintenance are discussed as separate requirements rather than assumed.
A few useful details.
- List the affected equipment, approximate users, error messages, and the business task that is blocked.
- Identify the authorized contact and your existing IT or device-management provider, if there is one.
- Note access rules, backup status, and acceptable work windows. Do not send passwords, employee records, or customer data through the request form.
What the visit can cover.
This is not consumer support, an automatic service-level agreement, or a managed print contract. Component repairs, copier mechanisms, licensed software, account administration, and sensitive data work may need separate authorization or a specialist. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
Before you arrange a visit.
Can an employee request a change to any company device?
Work requires the appropriate business authorization. Tell us who owns the equipment and who can approve access and changes before a visit is arranged.
Can you set up new office computers and printers?
We can discuss a scoped setup project. Device counts, existing policies, software licensing, data requirements, and the equipment to be supplied are reviewed first.
Do you provide ongoing support automatically?
No. An assessment or setup request does not create a maintenance contract. Any continuing service, response commitment, or additional project needs a separate agreement.
